The

and independence. A journey through Sicilian history and its natural
beauties, from Mt Etna to Agrigento Greek temples passing by Piazza
Armerina’s mosaics. Also, Noto with its Baroque Style up to Taormina,
popular medieval town built on a rock sheer to the sea.

DAYS
1-3: Azienda Parco Statella – Randazzo (CATANIA)
This
ancient house is completely built with lave stone. From here you can
enjoy an enchanting view of Etna. The farm house has been refurbished
by the owners with great care. The restaurant is well known for its
mushrooms based dishes. You can take walks or play bowls, football and
volleyball in a nice park close to the farm. The farm house, among the
Park of Etna, the Park of Nebrodi and the Alcantara Valley, is a very
good starting point for excursions on foot, by mountain bike or by horses.

DAYS
3-6: Agriturismo Gigliotto – Piazza Armerina
This
old farm is surrounded by an expanse of prickly pears and sits on the
summit of a hill between Caltagirone and Piazza Armerina. Attentive
and elegant reconstruction has allowed incomparable views from all the
rooms. The restaurant is set into an antique olive press and the cuisine
offered by Elio uses as much as possible the produce of the farm. Just
800 meters from the farm is a riding school where horse riding can be
arranged.

DAYS 6-9: Farm
holidays “Baglio San Vincenzo” – Menfi (AGRIGENTO)
It
dominates the valley covered by the river S. Vincenzo, integrated in
an almost intact natural environment. The surrounding zone, between
the Valley of Belice and that of Carboj, is characterized by a hilly
zone with organic agriculture. The rooms of this 19th century baglio
have been obtained and furnished in full respect of Sicilian artistic
taste. In the ancient wine cellar, now used as a restaurant, it is possible
to taste typical dishes of Mediterranean Cuisine.

DAYS 9-12: Farm
holidays “Val di Noto” – Noto (SIRACUSA)
The
farm holidays is built on the top of a hill, few minutes from the seaside
and surrounded by the rich country of the famous Baroque town Noto.
The beautiful and ancient city of Syracuse is only 15 minutes and allows
you to enjoy both beach relax and interesting cultural excursions. A
specialized staff will guide you to discover history and curiosities
of the places you are visiting. An unforgettable experience through
nature, culture and art.

on the low North Eastern side of Etna, a few minutes from the sea and
from the main tourist sites of Eastern Sicily, the farm holidays is
specialized in the production of citrus fruit, produced in an organic
regimen in order to guarantee the genuinely of its products. Hospitality
is given in rural houses, completely refurbished in harmony with the
surrounding countryside.
